Vendors

The food and craft vendor applications are now open. Deadline is May 18, 2026

Booths are assigned on a first come first serve basis for merchandise vendors. Food vendors will be chosen based on the variety of applicants to prevent menu overlap. Please see Rules for more information.

Merchandise Vendors: $70 for 10×10 space, additional spaces at a discounted rate. 

Food Vendors: $150.00 non-refundable registration fee. 10% of overall sales will be invoiced to the food vendor after the event. Spot sales checks will take place. 

Activity Vendor: Vendor approval is based on, but not limited to, space availability, safety considerations, duplication of activities, operational needs, and overall event balance. Inquiries for activity vendors please contact the Umatilla Parks and Recreation Department – 541-922-3226 ext. 125.

RFP for Bar Service CLOSED: The City of Umatilla seeks qualified alcohol vendors for the 2026 Landing Days Festival (June 26 & 27, 2026). Responsibilities: Provide standard and approved additional drinks, comply with OLCC regulations, use the City’s POS system, and share a percentage of sales. Proposals must include background, staffing plan, licenses, local preference, and sales percentage.
